Another step on the way to clear naming, this time regarding mlinks:
* rename global ohash filenames to mlinks
* rename ofadd() to mlink_add()
* fold fileadd() and inoadd() into mlink_add()
* fold filecheck() into mpages_merge()
Still no functional change.
