Hi,

I would like to minimize the modifications for FreeBSD when I will replace our
home made man(1) command to the mandoc one.

There is at least 2 thing I do want to keep:
MANPATH and MANCONFIG (I can skip MANLOCALE given I don't see a real usage for
it :))

Here is a first patch to support MANPATH
