Latest published version is the version 3.0-alpha2, which has musl
1.1.20+.  The current one is from the commit
"de7dc1318f493184b20f7661bc12b1829b957b67" which is a few commits
behind of 1.1.21.  The distro is under development up to reach the
stable version, for general use.
