The GCC options for hard-floats are -mfpu=neon -mfloat-abi=hard. In
later versions of GCC, you can also use -mfpu=auto (sometimes).
You usually stuff them in CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS during make or when you
setup the environment before running configure.
