Subject: MetaPost : what's wrong with DVI?

Hello, I decided to have some (Meta)fun, and began from the most basic things:
embedded metapost in context. But it seems that it doesn't work in DVI mode.
Take following snippet:
%cont-en
\setupcolors[state=start]
\startMPgraphic
fill fullcircle scaled 200pt withcolor .625white
\stopMPgraphic
\loadcurrentMPgraphic
\starttext
\placeMPgraphic
\stoptext
and compile it: with --pdf, it works flawlessy; in dvi mode, the "unknown
cs"error is issued (the unknown cs is \MPprologues). Any ideas?
Thanks for your attention,
Giuseppe Bilotta
