Hi John,

Can texexc find the necessary files (run mktexlsr)?
Are the respective lines in fmtutil.cnf uncommented?

By the way your texexec is definitely old. Actual version is 2.6

AFAIK texexec.pl (as the other perl files) is not copied automatically into
the bin directory.
