Hi Hans,

Yesterday I loaded the latest beta-version on my LINUX system. I updated
LS-R and generated without any problem the *.efmt files.
When try now to compile a *.tex file I get the following error:

Strange enough this does not happen when running the same version on a
Windows-system (which does not mean that I am changing my mind about Bill).
