Hi,

In my (two column) document I have discovered many problems with
ophran/widow paragraphs.

The line: \clubpenalty=9000 has removed the problem with ophran paragraphs,
but similar \widowpenalty=9999 does not remove widow paragraphs at all.

Could you give me any advice?

And more

After command \clubpenalty=xxxx the columns have different height (columns
are "ragged"). What command can make wider the interparagraphs gaps to
adjust column heights?

Thank you
Michal
