Hai All,

According to Hans the latest pdftex should be 14d. However the latest pdftex
for unix seems to be 14c. I looked at:

 ftp://ftp.cstug.cz/pub/tex/local/cstug/thanh/pdftex-beta/latest/

Is that ok? For win32 there seems to be a 14d (from Fabrice).
