It seems that pstopdf is nowhere on my machine. There is epstopdf, a different thing, but it doesn't do what pstopdf does. pstopdf is just a simple batch file pointing to gs, with certain options specified. I'm about to get around to simply rewriting the Unix version of pstopdf for DOS.
