Hai All (Hans),

ConTeXt (up to the latest version) does not recognize the english option in
setupexternalfigures. So

	\setupexternalfigures[gebied=/usr/local/texmf/pdftex]

works, but

	\setupexternalfigures[region=/usr/local/texmf/pdftex]

doesn't.
