You can always use \setuppapersize

\setuppapersize[A4,portrait][A4,portrait]

running text

\page
\setuppapersize[A4,landscape][A4,landscape]

The sideways table

\page
\setuppapersize[A4,portrait][A4,portrait]

running text again.
