Studying the ConteXt PDF manual further, I saw the example where the logo
gets raised with a \strut in the command. Trying that out, I noticed that I
can \lower the logo successfully but it still won't get higher with a
\strut\raise command there...
This is the one that works to lower it but I want a raise ;=}}:
\definieerbeeldmerk
[groot logo] [hoofd] [rechts]
[commando=\strut\lower5cm\hbox{\stkoplogo}]
