Subject: tabulate in framedtext

Hello,
in the following code, there is too much space at the top and bottom of the
framedtext:
\startframedtext[middle]
[width=fit,background=screen,frame=off,width=.8\textwidth]
\ttx
\starttabulate[|r|c|l|][hfactor=fit,frame=on]
\NC a: \NC $\rightarrow$ \NC aa \NC \NR
\NC = \NC $\rightarrow$ \NC \# \NC \NR
\NC < \NC $\rightarrow$ \NC \_ \NC \NR
\NC ? \NC $\rightarrow$ \NC 8 \NC \NR
\NC \type{~} \NC $\rightarrow$ \NC - \NC \NR
\NC A \NC $\rightarrow$ \NC a\%\NC \NR
\stoptabulate
\stopframedtext
I haven't found something that can help in the source core-tbl.tex, texshow
and the beta manual :-( The options I found in texshow
[hfator=fit, frame=on] seems to do nothing -- why?
Thank you!
Uwe
