Subject: how to: arrange a doublesided document in the right order
Date: Fri, 16 Feb 2001 17:05:12 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <01021617051204.00577@bilbo> (raw)

Hello Hans, hello all,

how can I arrange an A5 document on A4,landscape paper in the right order.
All alternatives shown in the manual are only good for printing. I want to
present my document (mainly for proofreading) in the right order:
  1.p: "empty" 1
  2.p: 2 3
  3.p: 4 "empty"

Is this possible with context?

And BTW: if I write

\setuppapersize[A5][A4,landscape]
\setuparranging[2UP,doublesided]

the pages are alternating: top down and bottom up. Is this configurable?
AFAIK it is printer dependend what side of the paper is used for switching
while printing doublesided.

Uwe

but this will change as time goes by ;-)
