Hi,
what is the context way of adding distances? I'd like to set the topspace
to leftmargin plus leftmargindistance (the original layout seems really
strange to me...)
So I'd like to have something like
\setuplayout[topspace=\leftmargin+\leftmargindistance]
or anything similar.
