\plaatsfiguur creates a floating box, you want something not floating. You 
probably need to put your figure in some \hbox and give the exact amount of 
space above and right in the form of \vskip's.

But Hans probably has the answer right away.

I nifty tool is 'grep'. I'm not sure if you know or have this, but it does 
help a lot.
