Dear Syndicate,

\setuphead[chapter,section,subsection][page=yes]

does not force the first subheading to have its own page: See attached,  
pages~1, 4, and 7...

What do I need to get *every* heading in \setuphead to be started on a new  
page, including the first instance? Thanks and

\setuphead[...,...][page=yes,continue=no]
