It works VERY VERY fine!

many many "!missing } inserted"
without vskip and hskip the graphic doesn´t appear.
with [page] after \setupbackgrounds the graphic appears
centered on the page.

[page][\vbox to \overlayheight{\vskip2cm\hskip2cm<graphic>\vfill}]
