cp bibl-apa.tex  bibl-apaD.tex
cp bibl-aps.tex  bibl-apsD.tex

edit the files for german (und for and; S. for pages)

texhash

\usemodule[bib]
\setupbibtex[database=mt-quellen,sort=author]	
%
\setuppublications[alternative=apaD]
