Hi
I want to define synonyms with accentued characters (utf8) how can I do That?
\definesynonyms[mysyn][mysans][\mysynfull]
\mysyn{wordwithé}{Description of wordwithé}
and what is the fourth optional brackets from \definesynonyms? I see that it
is a command, but what dos this command?
