Hello,
'tabulate' header is not repeated across pages, the header appears only at the begin of the 'tabulate'.
The code is based on http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Tabulate#Headers

... OK, it seems repeated headers with 'tabulate' are not used frequently by Ctx users.
Probably 'b/e-TABLE' would do the job;
so are repeated headers with 'tabulate' buggy and/or deprecated?

This is a bug, please check if is fixed when Hans releases a new beta.
