Hi Hans,
todays beta breaks the following example. It worked the day before yesterday.
\setupbackend[export=yes]
\definehighlight[Title][color=red]
\startsetups document:start
\Title{\documentvariable{title}}
\stopsetups
\startdocument [title=Test]
some text
\stopdocument
