Hans, a really important consideration for printing styles for paper: It should be as easy as possible to switch between doublesided (backspace/topspace) printing and centered (middle/middle) printing. This because there are two popular direct-to-plate programs for PDF files that have a different opinion on which on is the correct way. Taco
