This command (Sb) is actually considered obsolete by amsmath (stating
you need to use something called subarray?)

Any way, I intend to merge in amstex.tex (but adding some context
interface much like asmsmath has done). Keep the examples coming,
because they will make a nice test collection (as Hans said).
