Most (all?) delimiters are defined in these files.

Otherwise I just look up the symbol in this file

http://texdoc.net/texmf-dist/doc/latex/unicode-math/unimath-symbols.pdf

and then search the ConTeXt source for the Unicode slot to get the name in ConTeXt.  But in many
cases the names from unimath-symbols also work in ConTeXt.
