I was thinking more about an index with links to each occurence of
the unexpanded and/or expanded abbreviation, with links and
backlinks (going from the abbreviation to the list of ...). Or,
widly dreaming, different actions depending on click,
double-click, right-click (the latter giving a list of possible
actions)?
