There is a bug in supp-mis.tex: it should define \@EAEAEA, but it
doesn't. While waiting for Hans to fix it, patch your supp-mis.tex
in the following way: find the line

\let\@EA=\expandafter

and add, right after it:

\def\@EAEAEA{\expandafter\expandafter\expandafter}
