De volgende source laat geen inhoudsopgave zien. Ik heb ook veel
ge-experimenteerd met \definieerlijst en \definieersamengesteldelijst,
maar nog nooit een inhoud gezien.
Als ik ipv \plaatsinhoud \volledigeinhoud zet, dan verschijnt wel een
kop "Inhoud", maar niets daarachter.
Wat doe ik verkeerd?
