Perhaps you need a newer \CONTEXT. I am not sure if it's in the 1999.3.29
version supports it.

Furthermore, since ConTeXt allows you to do flexible arguments, it is
sometimes necessary to add an extra blank line (e.g. a \par). But that
shouldn't be necessary in this one.

I tried it my self, but I use an older format, resulting in the same error.

Oh, for Wybo: I'll start working on the letter-heads next week, sorry, I've
been rather busy.

Adding the | before ] should work. If not, I'm puzzled.

Ah, it's [|p|p|p|], so the last | is missing! Sorry. 

It's not in the manual because it's rather new. It is however in the
last maps, with some examples. I think you will like the hooks (because
you can sort of manipulate entries). I already added a chapter to the
indeed not yet finished big manual.
