In an attempt to learn a few things, I've grabbed the Project Gutenberg
source to The Three Musketeers and am in the process of PDFing it using
Context. I have a few questions.
1. How do I center some text on a page, i.e. the title page.
2. How do I set \chapter to always start on the right hand side.
3. How do I add some whitespace before the chapter text on that page (I
tried using \setuphead[chapter][before={\blank[4*line]}] but that doesn't
seem to work.
Thanks,
Tony.
