How can I make that numbers in startitemize[n,..] start from 0 instead from 1? 2. I have many items in itemize (more than 9) so I have the following output: 9. something 10. something else I would like this: 9. something 10. something else 3. This one is related to tables: I have \starttable[|p(6cm)|M|]. In one row of the table (second column) I happen to have \eqalign with two rows. The top of the paragraph is aligned with the middle of \eqalign. How can I make the middled of the paragraph be aligned with the middle of eqalign (I'm talking about vertical centering)?
