Hello,
I have downloaded cont-tmf and cont-doc beta yesterday and found some
problems
s-pre-19:
it has to be "hofstadter" instead of "douglas" (it is not Douglas R.,
isn't it?)
s-pre-15:
this style cannot be processed with "--mode=demo" because the "\endinput"
isn't dependent on the mode
\doifnotmode{demo}{\endinput}

right, you may change that line; i will add demo sections to each style
[and still have to document another 10]

[Hofstadter]
I recall listening to a tape where Hofstadter explained
some typesetting problems with an invisible font. The
first print of a document typeset in that font was a
disaster. One problem, e.g. was that the size of the
font turned out to be incorrect.

Silly me, I have the book on my shelf ...
In german it's called "Metamagicum" and the essay is titled "Metaschrift,
Metamathematik und Metaphysik: Bemerkungen zu Donald Knuths Artikel ,,The
Concept of a Metafont'' -- thank you for reminding me!
O.k. it is Douglas, but the file in cont-doc is named hofstadter.tex -- at
least in the version I downloaded on Nov. 7.
BTW: what about some quotations in other languages?
