Has anybody done a font definition file for these yet? I'm just trying
to use the LucidaCasual fonts. The closest I've come to so far is:

\setupbodyfont[fil,lbr,8pt]
\definefontsynonym [LucidaCasual]	 [lbkr] [encoding=texansi]
\definefontsynonym [LucidaCasual-Italic] [lbki] [encoding=texansi]
\definefontsynonym [Casual]              [LucidaCasual]
\definefontsynonym [CasualItalic]        [LucidaCasual-Italic]

\definebodyfont
  [17.3pt,14.4pt,12pt,11pt,10pt,9pt,8pt]
  [rm]
  [ tf=Casual sa 1.000,
   tfa=Casual sa 1.200,
   tfb=Casual sa 1.440,
   tfc=Casual sa 1.728,
   tfd=Casual sa 2.074]

Which sets the table of contents in LucidaCasual, but after that
something changes it back to LucidaBright.
