One more question to Mr. Hagen:
You have made me very eager for the "free" floats placement.
You have said that it will be released with the new OTR.

1) What is OTR? (Output routine?)
2) When you suppose it would be? (I'm planning to typeset
a private book for my friend with many snaps. It should be
a gift for him to his birthday when he arrives from Australia
in summer. Would it be in that time? Or should I design the
document in another way?)

indeed, the code that handles the part of the page that is split off

after the typescripts [working on amanual now], the otr will be moved in
the core, since i need it myself pretty soon,
