I want to put my documentname somewhere, but headers and footers are
allready used. 

Is there a way to put it in the bottom left margin, rotated? I want to
put it at the lefmost printable area.

It's not important for anything (except iso :), so it' should be as
out-of-sight as possible.

Any ideas?
