Hi,

i'm working on a MP-module for 2D/3D pie-charts. As one of the
last steps i tried to implement pattern-fill for the segments.

The patterns are drawn in a seperate picture. Then this picture
is scaled and clipped to the segment-shape.

Now i have the problem that the dotted pattern (the red segment)
after mptopdf conversion looks disordred. The MP output is ok.
(mps and pdf file are in the attachment)

Afaik the code of mptopdf conversion is maintained here, thus
i ask you: How can i fix this?

Best regards,
  Jens

Amazing! As always: update first, then ask stupid questions ;>

It's a pity that on Linux systems this does not work, since only AR4
is available, and xpdf does doesn't support gradients yet, not to
mention transparency.

Thank you. Best,
  Jens

I've heard rumours that wine acroread.exe seems to work
