As I am at it, I can as well point out an inconsistency that bothers me
for quite some time ...

For lists, I can say

\setuplist [ ... ] [interaction=all]

I can the click on both the text and the pagenumber to get there.

For registers, that does not seem to be possible. There is

\setupregister [ ... ] [interaction=text]

and

\setupregister [ ... ] [interaction=pagenumber]

but how can I get both?
