\starttext

\startcolumnset[main]
\dorecurse{10}{\input tufte \par}

%\startfiguretext[top]{%
%  hi there}{\externalfigure[picture][width=1.5\textwidth]}
%\startfiguretext[top:2]{%
%  hi there}{\externalfigure[picture][width=1.5\textwidth]}
\startfiguretext[tbrl:2]{none}{\externalfigure[picture][width=1.5\textwidth]}
Here is some text about picture. I want put this text with picture
on the top or button of this page.
\stopfiguretext

\dorecurse{10}{\input tufte \par}
\stopcolumnset

\stoptext

This is pdfeTeX, Version 3.14159-pre-1.0-unofficial-20010704-2.1
(Web2c 7.3.3.1)
entering extended mode
(./_pomoc.tex{c:/programy/TeXLive/texmf-var/pdftex/config/pdftex.cfg}

ConTeXt ver: 2002.3.27 fmt: 2002.5.10 int: english mes: english
