Problem in 2002.5.14--most documents

	Hello,

I've tested ConTeXt version 2002.5.14, (both stable and beta are the same
file, is this really OK?). Minimal example of the problem:

\starttext
\section{bla}
test
\stoptext
*****

gives

*****
section        : 1 bla
! Undefined control sequence.
<everypar> ...ommentanchors \synchronizefootnotes 
                                                  \flushpostponedbookmark \r...
<to be read again> 
                   t
l.3 t
     est
******

I guess the problem is in page-not.tex, but I am not able to track it down.
(This differs--together with core-tbl and font-init--from the TeXlive beta
7 version, TL7 works fine.)

I have tried this with ConTeXt 2002.5.15, pdfetex
3.14159-14h-released-20010417-2.1  without any problems.

I have attached my logfile.

you're right; i ran into in a couple of days ago; has to do with new (not 
yet in distribution multiple footnote module and isolating all insertions code)

[version on server should work ok; i'll send you the patch]
