Hi,

I use english as interface language, but dutch is my document language. Now
I want to include a figure, but the caption text should be dutch
("Figuur"). How can this be done?

So, 

\placefigure
  []
  [fig:hallo]
  {Een eerste JavaScript programma}
  {\externalfigure[images/js/hallo-ie][type=png,width=.8\textwidth]}

should product:

An image with caption: Figuur 1: Een eerste JavaScript programma
