Ahoi!

I run into some strange behaviour which seems to depend on the latest beta:

-- font (size) settings in \setupfootnotes show no effect, footnotes are 
always about 12 pt.

-- several lists (menus, toc) doesn't work any longer; index does.

Any hints? Or really a bug?
