Do you mean how to make MetaPost to use ConTeXt instead of LaTeX or 
whatever? That's quite simple in tetex: Just set environment TEX to 
ConTeXt (I do it even in Makefiles). In Linux I do it this way:

export TEX=texexec --interface=cz
mpost file.mp

In the file.mp then I can type things like

verbatimtex \setupbodyfont[11pt] etex
