What was wrong is that we don't really understand how the manuals are meant
to be used. The cont-enp from
http://www.pragma-ade.nl/general/manuals/cont-enp.pdf has November 12, 2001
as a date, but it's only 334 pages long and lacks the information we were
looking for. The one from http://www.ntg.nl/context/general/manuals/beta/
bears the date of January 27, 2000, but it's 370 pages long and has that
information. What is the best read?
