These days I am payed to know these things. However, I am not the only
one on this list who knows such details. And if it were about TeX, you
would know them, and more.

The following file runs without errors in ConTeXt  ver: 2002.6.25, and
complains:

! I can't find file `file:/localhost/home/simon/programmeren/context/DocbookInC
ontext/hasbook.tuo'.

in ConTeXt  ver: 2003.1.29.
