OpenType and other ConTeXt Magazines

Hi ConTeXters.

Just a quick note that my ConTeXt typography page is up with the
following magazines:

OpenType (installation, optical and pro fonts, and new math)
TeXFont (a beginner's exploration, could be a help to others)
Euler Math (improved Euler math font support, with different
            typescript combos)

I also am mirroring Berend's "LaTeX in proper ConTeXt", because it's
useful, but can be hard to find on the net.

I haven't had any feedback that there was anything to be fixed, and it
has been used fairly extensively in a thesis, so I'd say it's stable
enough for beta at least.
