Why don't I see capitals in the following example?
\setupbodyfont [cmr,12pt]
\starttext
\startbuffer[test]
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
\stopbuffer
\getbuffer[test]
\CAP{\getbuffer[test]}
\stoptext
