I wrote the arrow parts of vector 033 as well.  Works OK.  Comments
welcome.  I'd personally enjoy both being included in ConTeXt at
some point.

For some reason one needs to do the "\numexpr(x+1) \unknownchar \or ..."
trick for things to work.  Why?,
