C:\isoimage\usr\local\context\tex\setuptex.bat

should set up the paths correctly. If you copy setuptex to some other
location, then you need to use

setuptex.bat C:\isoimage\usr\local\context\tex

(that is path to your tex distribution). I use this to setup paths
while using gvim as my editor and use miktex and context standalone
distributions side by side.
