in mkiv ... this becomes:


(1) register handler in setup ssection

\xmlsetsetups {main} {chapter} {*}

(2) access child element using lpath

\startxmlsetups chapter
\expanded{\chapter{
\xmlfirst{#1}{title}
}}
\stopxmlsetups
